The food waste enters the bottom of the high-torque screw conveyor after automatic draining, and the material is uniformly and continuously discharged.

Equipment structure design is reasonable and durable: the main body of the equipment (bin body) is made of 304 stainless steel with 6mm-10mm plate thickness. The outer ring of the bin is made of high-quality carbon steel with anti-corrosion treatment as the outsourcing skeleton to ensure the stability and firmness of the equipment. The screen water filtration system also selects 304 stainless steel plate for uniform punching and bending.

Integrated design, compact equipment, high degree of automation: When the equipment is running, the top cover plate automatically opens, the top rotating stainless steel rolling screen rotates to the horizontal position, the bottom screw conveyor and supporting sewage pump start, after the food and kitchen garbage truck pours, the impurities such as plastic bags/bags are hung on the stainless steel rolling screen screen, by manually opening the stainless steel rolling screen screen motor, shaking and rotating plastic bags/bags and other impurities. Screen out kitchen waste and impurities, and then close the stainless steel rolling screen screen, the top cover plate is automatically closed, and then the equipment automatically runs without odor overflow.
