Product characteristics：

The whole machine is sealed, with less odor/no sewage overflow: the top silo is sealed with a ring, the feeding side is sealed with a hanging curtain, the crushing chamber/dewatering chamber/overflow chamber and other connecting parts or pipes are welded with the whole plate bending and full welding process, and the interfaces are sealed with standard flanges. The sealing test/inspection is done before delivery.

The processing speed is fast, the processing effect is good, and the energy saving effect of the equipment is obvious: the equipment adopts a small power and large torque crushing motor, and is equipped with a special hexagonal blade, which can quickly break the kitchen/kitchen waste to the size below 50mm, and can effectively cut the materials such as shells and hard objects, and prevent the high-fiber kitchen waste from entangling; With specially treated screw press blades, the broken kitchen/kitchen waste can be quickly squeezed and dehydrated to about 40% moisture content (adjustable).

Simple operation, intelligent protection: the equipment adopts an integrated electric control box, including one-key start/emergency stop button, the equipment automatically runs after one-key start, set the automatic rollover function of broken objects, when it encounters hard objects, the crushing blade automatically turns over and starts, after 3 times (configurable) can not run normally, you can take out the hard objects and continue to break and dewater.
