Process flow

The large-sized waste adopts the disposal method of manual pretreatment + two-stage crushing + magnetic separation + non-ferrous metal separation + wind separation. The first step is to manually treat large-sized waste and disassemble the fabric and wood that is not suitable for biomass fuel. These two types of materials shall be sent to specialized departments for handling; The second step is to put the large waste after pretreatment in the mechanical crushing and sorting process into the two-axis shredder. Under the biting action of the high-torque high-strength alloy steel tool, the large waste is disintegrated into small pieces of long strip materials; These long strips of material are further broken up into smaller pieces by a two-stage hammer crusher. Metal iron, non-ferrous metal and solid wood are obtained from the small pieces of material that are finally broken by collision and eddy current sorting. Metal iron and non-ferrous metals can be recycled as renewable resources, resulting in paint-free solid wood wood, which is used for subsequent biomass granulation to improve product value.
