Equipment introduction

The feed pump, also known as single-cylinder reciprocating feed pump, is mainly used for closed broken animal carcasses and other polluted substances. The theoretical outlet pressure of the feed pump is 20Mpa, the head is 10m, and the horizontal pumping distance can reach more than 70m. The power system of the feed pump is a hydraulic power mechanism, the control mode is PLC program control, and the cylinder block position detection sensing mechanism is equipped.

The equipment is widely used in the closed transport treatment of sick and dead pigs, sick and dead cattle, sick and dead chickens, rabbits and other sick and dead animals after crushing and reducing, through the pressure expansion of the high-pressure oil cylinder, the broken materials are continuously sucked into the feed pump pipeline, and through the pressure expansion, the materials in the pipeline are transported to the chemical processing machine and other subsequent processing equipment, to achieve the closed treatment of the dead animal carcass after crushing.

The equipment adopts self-designed plunger valve reversing, good sealing, long life, high outlet pressure. It can meet the requirements of long-distance transportation and can pump large aggregates. Hydraulic system adopts air cooling heat dissipation, easy to use, no need to connect water, equipped with automatic centralized lubrication system, effectively extend the service life of rotating parts. This system adopts PLC control, can realize full automatic operation.

4. The electrical part is controlled by PLC, which has the best control characteristics. The electric material box is equipped with remote control and panel dual operation, which is quite convenient.
