Equipment introduction

The feed bin, also known as the sick and dead animal temporary storage bin, can receive a large capacity of sick and dead animal carcasses, meet the harmless treatment of a large number of sealed storage of sick and dead animals, and can be uniformly discharged through the bottom feed spiral conveying structure, the temporary sick and dead animals slowly transported to the sick and dead animal crusher, and through the bottom feed pump to the subsequent processing equipment. To meet the requirements of subsequent processing or fermentation treatment, the feed bin equipment can be used as the basis for the continuous operation of the post-harmless treatment equipment when used with the crusher of sick and dead animals + the feed pump.

Sick and dead animal storage bin is mainly used in various large harmless treatment centers. After the sick and dead animal transport truck transports the dead and sick animal carcasses to the harmless treatment center and weighs them, the sick and dead animal carcasses can be directly dumped into the sick and dead animal storage bin. The sick and dead animal storage bin is closed as a whole, with less odor and odor, and the material is discharged through the bottom clinker spiral structure. The transfer speed of the bottom feed screw structure matches that of the animal carcass crusher.

1. Large one-time feeding volume, stable and continuous output: the equipment volume has a capacity of 5T/T/15T/20T, which can meet the one-time discharge of single or multiple sick and dying transport vehicles, the top has a hydraulic control cover plate, which can be automatically opened and closed, equipped with pressure resistant plastic seal, and no odor is released after closing. The bottom is a spiral conveying structure, the speed is full, the torque is large, the conveying speed matches with the animal carcass crusher, and the sick and dead animals are continuously and stably transported into the sick and dead animal carcass crusher through the bottom spiral conveying mechanism.

2. The equipment structure design is reasonable and durable: the main body of the equipment (warehouse body) adopts high-quality carbon steel with 10mm-12mm plate thickness and makes 4 layers of anti-corrosion inside. The outer ring of the warehouse is made of high-quality carbon steel with anti-corrosion treatment as the outsourcing skeleton to ensure that the equipment is stable and firm.

3. Integrated design, compact equipment and high degree of automation: the top cover is opened when the equipment is running, and the top cover is closed after the loading of the sick and dying animal transport vehicle is completed. The subsequent equipment is opened and operated through the PLC control system. The bottom screw conveying structure should be opened at the same time as the crusher of the dead animal carcass. When the program is closed, the bottom screw conveyor of the silo should be stopped first.
