The processing equipment of the domestic waste production line is mainly aimed at the rapid reduction treatment of domestic waste treatment plants, which can effectively improve the treatment efficiency, improve the surrounding environment, and comprehensively recycle the domestic waste after treatment.

Process flow

First use the claw or loader to load the domestic waste to the feed chain plate conveyor (the diameter of more than 500mm of domestic waste is handled separately), the chain plate conveyor width ≥1000mm, length ≥4 meters; Through the function of the chain conveyor, the material is uniformly and continuously transported to the top material belt conveyor, the width of the loading belt conveyor is ≥800mm, the length is 8 meters, and the electromagnetic iron remover is set above the loading belt conveyor to screen the metal items in the domestic waste. The feeding belt conveyor will transport the domestic waste to the drum screen. The diameter of the drum screen is 1000mm, the length is 3500mm, and the diameter of the screen hole is 50mm. Most of the materials ≤50mm in the domestic waste are biodegradable organic matter. The biodegradable organic matter is collected and transported by the coarse material discharge belt conveyor at the bottom (the width of the material discharge belt conveyor under the coarse screen is ≥800mm). Or transported to the crushing and fermentation equipment harmless recovery and reuse of organic fertilizer; The material on the screen is ≥50mm, mostly combustible materials such as plastic, paper, bamboo and wood, which are collected through the material discharge belt conveyor at the end of the drum screen (the width of the material discharge belt conveyor on the screen is ≥800) and then concentrated for further conversion, incineration and recycling.
